CTC residents are proud to be home to the Tiger Shark Swim Team. Go Tiger Sharks! Additionally, the community is pleasantly located adjacent to Little Bennett Elementary School, Kings Local Park, the future Piedmont Woods Park, and a beautiful outdoor amphitheater. Clarksburg Town Center is built upon the values of community togetherness and hosts many social events and activities each year. **NEW ACCESS CARD VERIFICATION POLICY: A birth certificate reflecting one or both parents is required for proof of residency for youth ages 2-25. Children under the age of 2 do not required a pool pass. A valid DMV-issued driver's license or DMV-issued identification card is required for residents ages 26+. We do not accept any other forms of identification.

Received a Covenants Violation Notice? You may access the inspection software which is directly linked to the Clarksburg Connects website. With delays in USPS, you may receive an online notification (visible only to the homeowner) prior to receipt of a notice via USPS. Each notice will provide photos of the area(s) in consideration along with an initial due date. Customarily, management uses an initial spring due date of April 15th. Should you require additional time or if you have questions, please contact Assistant@ClarksburgHOA.com to request an extension or have your concerns addressed. The management team is here to help, and we enjoy working with our residents. Thank you for helping us keep Clarksburg Town Center a beautiful place to live!
Join a CommitteeBeing active in your community where you have the opportunity to create a positive impact on homeowner's daily life can be incredibly rewarding.
Architectural Review (ARC): Review of exterior change applications and to assist in making recommendations pertaining to design guidelines. Meetings take place the first Tuesday of most months at 5:30 pm via Zoom.
Covenants: The purpose of this committee shall be to ensure compliance with the Governing Documents and to foster harmony within the Property through reasoned and impartial adjudication of violations. Meetings take place on the first Thursday of most months at 7:00 pm via Zoom.
Grounds: The purpose of this committee shall be to ensure that landscaping requirements are met within the community, both in public and private areas and to recommend improvements. Meetings take place on the third Thursday of most months at 10:00 am in the Residents Club
Pool and Recreation: The purpose of this committee shall be to ensure that the pool is a pleasurable and safe place for all residents. The committee also reviews the pool rules, policies for renting and the usage of amenities Meetings take place on the first Monday of most months at 7:00 pm viz Zoom.
